Chilecebus carrascoensis

Chilecebus is an extinct species of New World monkey that lived in what is now Chile during the Early Miocene some 20 million years ago. Is one of the oldest and best preserved skulls of New World monkeys currently known. It had a body mass of about 600 grams and the analysis of it inner ear reveal that wasn't well adapted for agile climbing yet.
